We come to you and discuss your project with no obligation.

If after our initial visit you then want to proceed, we will then carry out a site survey and get everything calculated correctly. We will look at boundary's and party walls to make sure you have no legal issues.
Stage Payments
Once the project is agreed you would pay a 35% deposit to cover upfront materials and initial setup costs.

Then stage payments will be made throughout the job until finished. Giving you total peace of mind that each stage will be approved by yourself before we continue.
Architects & Quantity Surveyors
We work with the best Architects & Quantity Surveyors in the North West and have a long standing relationship with them.
We know how each other works and they know we demand a high standard when it comes to our work.

We will arrange all legal contracts between ourselves, along with detailed invoicing to make sure you are fully covered
